1. Introduction

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how ProFM Inc.’s OrthoGraph Cloud Services service – hereinafter referred to as: Service – collects, protects and uses personal information and/or company data. Service is committed to ensuring that any personal information and/or company data supplied by our customers or otherwise generated by our business activities is collected and processed fairly and lawfully. 2. Collected information

When you sign up at the website of Service we ask you to provide us with general customer information including name, company name, address, email, user name, password and bank card information – which we refer to as your “credentials”. In addition in the course of proper use of Service further personal information and company data may be recorded as well. These are names, addresses, telephone, email, user names, ID’s and passwords of any other users e.g. reporting persons or requesters, etc.

Service may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with the Service. Furthermore Service also collects certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

Service may ask you to present further company data or information including articles of incorporation, entry in the commercial register or proof of signature.

3. Usage of information

Most of Service's use of personal information is necessary to provide the services requested by you.

Your personal information is used basically to communicate with you. Service may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. Additionally Service may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service. Service may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from ProFM Inc. and its partners.

In addition personal information and/or company data is used to customize the advertising and content you see and to improve the services provided. In improving the services provided, Service may process personal information and/or company data for customer relationship management purposes.

ProFM Inc. reserves the right to use personal information to inform you about new products and services provided by ProFM Inc. and its co-operators.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

ProFM Inc. will not sell, rent or share any personal information or company data to anyone, except as explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information and/or company data may be sent to third parties for processing when:

  • we have your consent to share the information;
  • we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested, e.g. to provide customer support;
  • we respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process;

Occasionally we may contact you on behalf of our independent business partners about their products, services or offers presumably at your interest. Your contact information and/or company data (Email, address or phone number) will not be transferred to the third party.

ProFM Inc. is not responsible and does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in your OrthoGraph Cloud Services account.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or equipment when you visit certain online pages. Service uses cookies to collect information including the type of browser you use and your IP address. This information is collected for security reasons and with the aim of constantly improving the Service to better meet your needs. Service also uses a session-cookie to authenticate our customers after log in. This cookie will be terminated as soon as you log out from your account. Service will always strive to no unnecessary use of cookies.

You have the possibility to accept or decline cookies, most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer you can modify your browser setting to decline cookies. If you chose to decline cookies you may not be able to login to Service or to have direct access to all of the interactive features of the Service.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access and rectify your personal information and company data held by the Web-server of Service. This includes the right to:

  • obtain from ProFM Inc. a confirmation that personal information and/or company data is held as well as a written description of such personal information and company data, the purpose for which it is being held, the source of the personal information and/or company data and details of any recipients;
  • request the deletion or rectification of personal information and/or company data which is inaccurate;

7. Storage of personal information

ProFM Inc. will hold personal information and/or company data on our systems for as long as you use the Service.

System of the Service deletes your credentials if you do not use them for certain longer period of time. The lack of usage means by definition that you do not login or access any of the Service’s Websites or services with your credentials. In case your credentials refer to the free of charge version of the Service, your database will become unattainable after 60 days lack of usage. By this time all your data will be removed. In case your credentials refer to the monthly subscription version of the Service, your database will become unattainable after 30 days past the last payment of the subscription fee. Your data will be removed here as well.

For security purposes, however, ProFM Inc. may store personal information, company data and your database also after your or ProFM Inc.'s termination of the Services.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

ProFM Inc. may update the terms of this policy from time to time and we will notify changes to you by posting the modified terms on the Web-site of the Service. You are advised to revisit the Privacy Policy regularly.
